Professional Licensure Disclosures
Nursing Programs: Students who demonstrate successful completion of the Practical Nurse Certificate (LPN) are eligible to sit for the NCLEX-PN examination. Students who demonstrate successful completion of the Nursing AAS (RN) program are eligible to sit for the NCLEX-RN examination. The NCLEX-PN and NCLEX-RN exams are administered by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing. The NCLEX qualification requirements can be completely satisfied by students who complete B次元鈥檚 Associate Degree in Nursing. Students who pass the NCLEX are eligible for employment as Nurses in New York. Students will have a responsibility to meet any additional employment and/or licensure requirements that may exist in New York.

Effective July 1, 2024, federal regulation requires institutions of higher education to make a determination whether a Title IV eligible academic program that leads to professional licensure or certi铿乧ation meets the educational requirements for licensure/certi铿乧ation in the U.S. State where the institution is located and the U.S. States where 鈥渄istance education鈥 students are located at the time of initial enrollment in the program, as well as U.S. States where the program is advertised as meeting such requirements, and if applicable, the U.S. State where students attest they intend to be licensed/certi铿乪d.
